Unless you don’t have internet, you are very aware Covid-19 Virus has caused major panic as it spreads around the globe. It is also here in North America.
Many of my family, friends, associates and clients are very concerned and don’t know what to do. They are preparing to limit their contact with the outside world; scale back or change their business models; and clients want to put off their interior / renovation projects until things settle down.
This seems reasonable, however, when everything settles down… now you will be at least 6 months to a year behind!
There is one thing you can do during this time and that is Learn & PLAN! Research, Source and Design on paper/ online to be ready when life goes back to normal and your renovation or building opportunity opens up!
FYI: Proper Planning usually takes up to 6 months from the time you find your KEY CONTACTS (Designer, Architect, Builder) and CONNECTING with them to communicate your Renovation / Building ideas; getting your CONTRACTS ie: rough Design/Build QUOTES; your BUDGET and financing in place to start the CONCEPTS of figuring out your Style to Floor plans of what you want, need and can afford; to finding the right and available PRODUCTS & SERVICES and be able to SCHEDULE them for when they are available as most GOOD Contractors are booked 6 months to 1 year ahead.
